Cut all the vegetables. In a saucepan, heat the water and pour the vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes
Salt and pepper. Add the noodles.
Cook the pasta in the broth for 10 minutes, add the lemon juice, the beaten egg and turn off the heat. Season with raw olive oil and finish with the Parmesan and chopped parsley.
