    Cut all the vegetables. In a saucepan, heat the water and pour the vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes
    Salt and pepper. Add the noodles.
    Cook the pasta in the broth for 10 minutes, add the lemon juice, the beaten egg and turn off the heat. Season with raw olive oil and finish with the Parmesan and chopped parsley.
    Enjoy your meal!

    200 gr Spaghettini
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped celery
    1 chopped carrot
    1 chopped potato
    1 egg
    Half a lemon juice
    Water to taste
    Salt and pepper
    50 gr of grated Parmesan
    Olive oil
    chopped parsley


    you can use different vegetable cutters to cut your vegetable because its time saving and works smooth as well.
