Ingredients:
1 pound of brussel sprouts
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Mix brussel sprouts with the olive oil to coat
Season with salt and pepper
Toss until combined
Place sprouts on a baking sheet
Roast until sprouts are crispy on the outside and tender inside
