Roasted Brussel Sprouts

    Here is a quick, simple, and tasty way to cook brussel sprouts:

    1 pound of brussel sprouts
    2 tablespoons of olive oil
    freshly ground pepper

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees
    Mix brussel sprouts with the olive oil to coat
    Season with salt and pepper
    Toss until combined
    Place sprouts on a baking sheet
    Roast until sprouts are crispy on the outside and tender inside
    Cook about 25 minutes but turn them halfway through cooking time


    Always use soft water for safety precautions of your health, and try to install a good quality water softener at your house.
