Today we prepare fried trousers with zucchini, pancetta, cheese and béchamel.
The preparation is similar to that of Sicilian and Sicilian fried cartellates, classic rustic Catanese.
I wanted to vary some ingredients to prepare these fried pants.
Serve them hot and stringy they are delicious!

Ingredients
- pizza dough - 500 grams
- zucchini - 2 pieces
- bacon - 150 gr, diced
- onion - 1 chopped onion
- white wine - 1 glass
- bechamel - 1 cup
- galbanino - 150 gr. sliced
- olive oil
- fry oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Brown the pancetta with olive oil and chopped onion. Add the zucchini pieces and continue to sauté. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the white wine and finish cooking.
In the meantime, knead the dough (or the pastry) with a rolling pin and make circles of 16 cm in diameter.
Stuff the bread dough (or the pastry) with the zucchini and pancetta, the béchamel and the sliced cheese.
Close the trousers and fry them in hot oil. Let them cool on absorbent paper.
Serve warm and stringy fried trousers.
