Scaloppine alla Boscaiola
Boscaiola escalope
With this recipe of mine you will have prepared a delicious first and second course. In fact, with the sauce of escalopes you can season the linguine.

Boscaiola escalope
Ingredients:
8 slices of floured meat
500 gr of thinly sliced champignons mushrooms
4 slices of spicy salami
400 gr of linguine or other pasta
1 cup of tomato sauce
Garlic
Chopped onion
thyme
Chopped celery leaves
Chopped parsley
Chili pepper
White wine
Grated Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method :
Flour the meat and brown it
with chopped onion and olive oil.
Separately sauté the mushrooms with garlic oil and chilli pepper. Add the spicy salami into small pieces. Add the mushrooms to the meat and add the white wine. Add the chopped tomato sauce, thyme and celery.
Salt and pepper. Cook for about 30 minutes.
Add the chopped parsley and turn off the heat.
Remove the slices of meat and put them on a platter with some mushrooms.
Season the pasta with the Boscaiola sauce and the grated Parmesan.
Serve immediately.
