Baked Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
1 pork fillet
1 kg of potatoes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
cloves
rosemary
White wine
olive oil
salt and pepper
Method:
Marinate the fillet with oil and spices for at least 2 hours.
In a baking pan put the pork tenderloin with its marinade.
Add the potatoes cut into medium-large pieces.
Also season the potatoes with all the ingredients and the white wine.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the meat and potatoes.
Cook for about an hour.
Cut the meat into thin slices, add a drizzle of oil and wine and bake for another 10 minutes before serving.
Serve the pork immediately with the potatoes.
