Rice with strawberries . Strawberry and gorgonzola risotto

- 1/2 kg of strawberries
- 500 grams of rice
- Vegetable broth
- Half a glass of dry white wine

Method:
Cut the onions and strawberries into quarters thinly. Toast the rice for 1 minute in a saucepan over medium heat, set it aside and in the same pan prepare a fried onion cooked in butter, add the toasted rice and then 2 ladles of hot vegetable broth, continuing to add broth whenever it is absorbed . After about 5 minutes add the strawberries and salt. When cooked turn off the flame when the risotto is still a little liquid, in the wave, stir in the butter or gorgonzola cut into very small pieces, the grated parmesan and mix everything, leaving it to stand for 2 minutes in the pan before serving it in dishes with a sprinkling of black pepper.
