Stuffed chicken baked in beer
1 whole chicken without offal
3 cloves of garlic
1 spoonful of mustard
salt and pepper
In a bowl mix the aromas, oil and spices, breadcrumbs, olives, onion, garlic and mustard.
Fill the chicken well with the mixture obtained.
In a baking pan put the stuffed chicken and grease it with oil, salt and pepper. Combine onion, garlic and rosemary. Also pour a large glass of beer.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 1 hour.
Add the honey and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
