I made this tiramisu with Greek strawberry yogurt, so without eggs and mascarpone.

Ingredients for 2 people:
18 pavesini (9 per portion)
500 gr fresh strawberries
2 jars of strawberry yoghurt
Strawberry juice
half a lemon

Method :
Wet the pavesini in strawberry and lemon juice. Arrange in the pan or directly in the glass or saucer for cakes.
Pour over the pavesini some strawberry yoghurt and fresh sliced strawberries.
Component thus three layers and on the last layer decorated with yogurt and strawberries.
Let it rest in the fridge for about two hours before serving.
Ps: you can also opt for strawberry ice cream instead of yogurt.
In this case leave the tiramisu in the freezer for about half an hour before serving.
