GREEN ASPARAGUS PESTO
Ingredients:
500 gr of green asparagus
1 clove of garlic
100 gr of grated Parmesan
1 sprig of chopped parsley
3 basil leaves
3 mint leaves
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method :
Clean and boil the asparagus in salted water.
Then stir-fry the asparagus with a drizzle of olive oil and a clove of garlic.
Put them in the mixer with all the other ingredients and blend.
You will thus obtain a thick cream.
