Ingredients:
800 gr of sliced swordfish
Garlic flavored olive oil
Bread crumbs
Chopped parsley
Fresh mint
Lemon
Salt and pepper
Method :
Prepare the marinade with the olive oil flavored with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper, mint and chopped parsley.
Leave the swordfish to marinate in the marinade for about an hour.
Then pass the slices of fish in the breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
Cook in a pan on low heat for 5 minutes per side.
Serve immediately on a bed of green salad.
