Tuna cutlets
Today we prepare fresh tuna cutlets with lemon.
This is my personal recipe.
You can choose to cook the cutlets in a pan or in the oven.
I assure you that they are very good!

4 slices of fresh tuna
Bread crumbs
2 lemons
Chopped parsley
Chives
Mint leaves
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method :
Prepare the breading.
Grate the zest of two lemons and add it to the breadcrumbs with the chopped parsley, chives, salt and pepper, with a pinch of garlic and onion powder.
Mix well with your hands and leave to rest.
Squeeze the juice of one lemon on the slices of tuna, a little grated zest, a few leaves of minced mint, a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Bread the marinated tuna slices in the lemon and parsley flavored breadcrumbs.
Cook the tuna cutlets in a pan for a few minutes on each side, or cook them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve with lemon slices and rocket salad.
