Tagliatelle con funghi porcini – Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms
Ingredients
- 400 grams of fresh noodles
- 50 grams of bacon
- 1 Kg of porcini mushrooms
- half a glass of white wine
- parsley to taste
- 50 grams of grated Parmesan
- extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- black pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 spring onion
- 100 ml of cream
Instructions
Ingredients :
1 kg of porcini mushrooms
400 grams of fresh noodles
50 grams of bacon
100 ml of cream
half a glass of white wine
1 clove of garlic
1 spring onion
parsley to taste
50 grams of grated Parmesan
olive oil
salt
pepper
Method:
Clean and cut the porcini mushrooms
Cook the mushrooms in a pan with oil, spring onion and garlic.
Salt and pepper
Add the white wine and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the chopped parsley and turn off the heat.
Cook the bacon in a pan and make it crispy.
Cook the noodles for 5 minutes.
In the pan, stir in the tagliatelle with the mushrooms, the bacon and the cream.
Combine the parmesan to taste.
