Baccalà alla Messinese is a delicious Sicilian dish that cannot be missing on Christmas day at home. In reality, as usual, this dish should be prepared not with cod but with stockfish (called in dialect “piscistoccu”), but we prefer to do it with cod. Scented and with a delicious sauce, the baccalà alla messinese is a mouth-watering dish, if you don’t know it you must try it!
