Grandma's pudding with blueberry sauce
Ingredients:
200 gr of cake flour
100 gr of sugar
1 sachet of vanillin
2 glasses of milk
lemon and orange zest
6 cake molds
For the blueberry sauce:
500 gr of blueberries
100 gr of sugar
1 teaspoon honey
the juice of half a lemon
Method:
In a saucepan mix the milk with the flour without making lumps; put on the kitchen stove and add the sugar, vanilla, citrus peel.
Continue stirring until the cream thickens gently.
Turn off the heat and put the mixture in the cake molds.
Leave to cool completely before refrigerating for 1 hour. Meanwhile prepare the blueberry sauce.
In a saucepan, melt the sugar with the blueberries, stirring gently; add the honey and lemon juice.
Cook gently for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
Allow the sauce to cool.
Turn the molds and slide the pudding onto the serving plate.
Serve the pudding with the blueberry sauce and decorate with some blueberry.
