Ingredients:
6 pork ribs
1 chopped spring onion
1 teaspoon sugar
Juice of a large orange
Half a glass of white wine
Fennel seeds
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Grated orange zest for garnish
Method :
Marinate the slices of meat for 30 minutes with the olive oil, salt and pepper, sugar, fennel seeds and orange juice.
In a pan, gently brown the chopped spring onion.
Then add the marinated meat without the juice and leave to brown for a few minutes.
Add the white wine.
Then add the marinade juice and finish cooking.
Decorate with orange zest and serve immediately.
