Today I offer you my kiwi crepes, low-fat yogurt and amaretto and the pineapple and melon crepes.
They prepare in a few minutes and are really delicious.
This is a slightly dietary version, but if you are not on a diet, you can add some whipped cream to the fruit you have chosen and then stuff the crepes. Same procedure for melon or pineapple crepes.
The important thing is that you use a sweet liqueur.
What are you waiting for to prepare them?

KIWI CREPES
Who invented the crepes? Nothing is known for sure, but it seems that the Italian crepes were born first! In fact, it was Pope Gelasius, in the fifth century, who ordered a large quantity to restore the French pilgrims who arrived in Rome. The news of these "enriched omelettes" soon went around France where they took the name of crepe.

Instructions
CREPES
Ingredients for crepes:
3 eggs
250 gr 00 flour
500 ml Whole milk
Butter to grease the crepe to taste
Method:
Start by breaking the eggs in a bowl with high edges.
Stir with a fork and add the milk.
Add the flour and mix so as to avoid the formation of lumps. Then with the whisk mixed vigorously to absorb the flour. Continue to mix until a homogeneous, velvety and lump-free mixture is obtained.
At this point, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
After the time, mix the dough to bring it to light and then heat a crepe maker (or alternatively a non-stick pan with a diameter between 18 and 22 cm) and grease it with a knob of butter. Once at temperature, pour a ladle of dough sufficient to cover the surface of the pan: you can help yourself with the appropriate batter for cracks or rotate the pan until the mixture is evenly distributed (be careful not to spread it all over the edges to prevent the center does not remain batter enough to create a crepe with a uniform surface); it is advisable to carry out these operations very quickly, since the batter will cook quickly.
After about 1 minute on medium-low heat, you should notice a slight browning, the edges will tend to come off so you can turn the first crepe with the help of a spatula. Cook the other side for about 1 minute, waiting for it to take on color. Once cooked the first, put it on a serving plate or on a cutting board. Repeat this operation until you finish the dough, you should get 8 cracks with a diameter of 20 cm: stack each crepe on top of each other so they will remain soft. Here are your sweet and savory crepes ready, you just have to stuff them!
Enjoy your meal!
ADVICE
No salt or sugar is added to the basic recipe, in this way the mixture of sweet and savory crepes will remain neutral. But if you prefer you can easily adjust them according to your tastes.
Remember that this mixture, being sugar-free, will tend to remain quite clear.
