My mom prepared it on Sundays, for Christmas or on special occasions.
And I helped her often ... and so I learned.
Ingredients
- 1 Kg beef - 1 large slice of beef
- 1 kg turkey - 1 large slice turkey
Instructions
The falsomagro can be of beef or turkey. Cooked in sauce or baked with potatoes. With cheese, ham and boiled eggs, or stuffed with spinach, mortadella, emmental and omelette. .
Ingredients:
1 large slice of beef /turkey
boiled eggs or boiled spinach
cheese
baked ham
tomato concentrate
basil
White wine
onions
olive oil
salt and pepper
The meat, a large and large slice of beef (or minced beef worked with breadcrumbs and Parmesan) must be tied tightly with the food net so that the filling of hard-boiled eggs, cooked ham, does not come out.
Seasoned in a pan with olive oil, onion and red wine, it is then cooked with tomato paste and water for at least an hour and a half over a low heat. Then cut into slices and cover with the sauce with which the pasta is also seasoned.
The turkey falsomagro is stuffed with spinach, emmental, mortadella and omelette.
Flavored with onion and white wine, it is cooked in the oven with sliced potatoes and seasoned with rosemary. I prepare the falsomagro also with sautéed mushrooms instead of spinach.
