Cardoncelli mushrooms sautéed
Ingredients:
1 kg of cardoncelli mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 chilli pepper
Half a glass of dry white wine
Extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
Chopped parsley
Method:
Gently clean the mushrooms with a soft cloth.
Cut the mushrooms.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan with the garlic.
Pour the mushrooms and sauté gently.
Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Deglaze with the wine and evaporate.
Season with salt and add the chilli pepper.
Finish cooking for another 25 minutes.
Season with the chopped parsley.
Serve cold.
