Pasta with tuna
For the realization of this recipe we can also use tomato or cream, or prepare the pasta with only fresh tuna.
Different shapes and types of pasta can be used .... the choice is yours!
Ingredients
- tuna
- pasta - bucatini, penne rigate, spaghetti, farfalle, rigatoni
- tomato sauce
- Cooking Cream
- parsley
Instructions
Pasta with tuna
Ingredients:
400 gr of pasta to taste
200 gr of fresh or canned tuna
chopped parsley
garlic
onion
olive oil
salt and pepper
400 gr of tomatoes * optional
cooking cream * optional
hot pepper * optional
Method:
In a pan, season the onion and garlic with the oil.
Add the tomato, or directly the fresh tuna if you choose this option.
Salt and pepper (or chilli pepper).
After the tomato, add the tuna and cook for 5 minutes.
At this point if you prefer you can add the cream and mix well.
Put out the fire.
Cook the pasta al dente.
Drain and mix the pasta with the tuna sauce.
Add the parsley and serve immediately.
