Nutella plum cake
Ingredients:
200 gr of flour
130 gr of sugar
3 eggs
yeast
butter
Nutella
icing sugar
vanilla sugar
Method :
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Separately, beat the eggs with the sugar and butter.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder and stir vigorously or use an electric mixer.
When you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, pour it into the oven tray, and put 8 teaspoons of nutella on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
When cooked, take the donut out of the oven and leave to cool for at least 10 minutes.
Put the donut on a serving plate by letting it slide gently on the plate and add the icing sugar.
Cut into slices and serve.
