Pollo alla cacciatora – Cacciatora chicken
POLLO ALLA CACCIATORA - CACCIATORA CHICKEN
Ingredients
- 1 Kg chicken thighs and undercoats
- 1 chopped onion
- olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 anchovy fillets
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 can of peeled cherry tomatoes
- taggiasche olives
- 3 Mixed peppers
- bay leaf
- rosemary
Instructions
METHOD:
Combine in a pan a drizzle of oil, crushed garlic, onion and some anchovies; brown lightly and in the meantime clean the chicken parts from the skin. Also add the chicken to the pot, browning it well on all sides. Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, add the white wine, add the peeled cherry tomatoes, the peppers into strips and a handful of Taggiasca olives. Also add the spices, bay leaves and rosemary, mix well and cook the chicken cacciatore on a low heat covered for about 45 minutes, making the sauce narrow well.
Serve immediately.
