Whole wheat spaghetti with clams
Ingredients:
300 gr of spaghetti
1 kg of clams
8 cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 chilli pepper
Half a glass of dry white wine
Extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
Chopped parsley
Method:
Clean the clams well and leave them in cold water to drain.
In a pan with olive oil fry a clove of garlic and then add the washed and dried clams. Salt and pepper.
Cover with the lid and wait for the valves to open.
Remove the garlic and add the white wine.
Add the chilli, cherry tomatoes and chopped parsley. Leave to flavor for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
Cook the spaghetti al dente and stir in the pan with the clams.
Serve immediately.
