Peach donut cake
Ingredients:
200 gr of flour
300 gr of sugar
3 eggs
150 g of butter
3 peaches
or
1 pack of peaches in syrup
a little water or juice from the peaches in syrup
a few drops of lemon
1 sachet of yeast
a pinch of salt
Method :
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Grease a cake pan with butter and a little sugar.
On the bottom of the pan put the peaches cut into wedges.
Separately, beat the eggs with the sugar and butter.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and stir vigorously or use an electric mixer.
When you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, pour it into the pan over the peaches.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
When cooked, take the donut out of the oven and leave to cool for at least 10 minutes.
Then gently invert the donut on a serving plate by letting it slide gently onto the plate.
Cut into slices and serve.
