Lemon donut cake
Ingredients:
200 gr of flour
300 gr of sugar
3 eggs
150 g of butter
lemon zest
limoncello
icing sugar
Method :
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Grease a cake pan with butter and a little sugar.
Separately, beat the eggs with the sugar and butter.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder, the limoncello, the lemon zest, salt and stir vigorously or use an electric mixer.
When you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, pour it into the pan.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
When cooked, take the donut out of the oven and leave to cool for at least 10 minutes.
Then gently put the donut on a serving plate by letting it slide gently onto the plate and spread it with icing sugar.
Cut into slices and serve.
