Light salmon risotto
Ingredients for 4 people :
350 gr of rice
1 small cup of chopped tomato
1 chopped onion
150 gr of salmon philadelfia light
1 slice of smoked salmon
1 cup of vegetable broth
Half a glass of white wine
Half a glass of skim milk
100 gr of grated Parmesan
Chopped parsley
3 spoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method :
In a granite pan, toast the rice with a little olive oil and the chopped onion.
Pour in the white wine and add the chopped tomato.
Stir and add the vegetable broth. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Halfway through cooking, add the milk, smoked salmon and stir.
Season with salt and pepper and finish cooking.
Turn off the heat and stir in the salmon philadelfia light and the grated Parmesan.
Decorate with the chopped parsley.
Let stand for a few minutes and serve.
