Risotto con salsiccia e peperoni
Risotto with sausage and peppers.
Sauté an onion with a little extra virgin olive oil, add yellow green and red pepper and a little chopped sausage and add the rice. A nice mix, salt, pepper and blend with a little white wine.
Gradually add the vegetable stock and at the end of cooking a little butter and grated Parmesan. Let rest a little.

- 50 gr grated parmiggiano cheese
