Pistachio meat skewers
Ingredients:
12 Slices of rump or veal nut
250 gr of pistachios
1 pack of classic philadelphia
Bread crumbs
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method :
Shell and chop the pistachios.
Beat the meat slices with the meat tenderizer.
Fill them with philadelfia and a part of chopped pistachios.
Roll up and close the slices of meat.
Skewer 4 rolls for each long skewer.
Pass them in olive oil in the chopped pistachios and breadcrumbs.
Cook the skewers on the grill.
For cooking in a pan, use a little olive oil and add the white wine.
Serve immediately.
