Eggnog
Zabaione and pistachio, my personal version to enjoy a classic and modern dessert like zabaione.
Ps: for the coffee eggnog recipe, just replace the marsala with one or two cups of espresso or restricted coffee

Ingredients for the eggnog:
4 egg yolks
100 gr of sugar
4 spoons of Marsala or rum
Method :
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar with a whisk or with a whisk.
Cook in a water bath without boiling the water. Pour the marsala little by little and continue whipping.
As soon as it reaches the consistency of a cream, remove from the heat.
The eggnog is ready.
Sweet skewers with eggnog and pistachio grains
Ingredients for sweet skewers:
Eggnog
Pistachio grain
Sponge cake cut into cubes
Method :
Make skewers of different sizes with sponge cake cubes.
Dip the sponge cake in the eggnog and decorate with the pistachio grains.
Serve the skewers alone or with a cup of eggnog.
Good dessert!
