Green lasagna with salmon and spinach
A lasagna different from the classic one and very simple to make.

Green lasagna with salmon and spinach
Ingredients:
500 gr green lasagna
1 large pack of smoked salmon
fresh spinach
abundant béchamel previously prepared
Grated Parmesan cheese
Parsley to decorate
1 clove of garlic
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method:
Cook the green lasagna in a saucepan and set aside
In a pan, brown the spinach already cleaned with garlic and oil.
Then blend half of it with a part of bechamel.
Blend also a slice of salmon with the other part of bechamel leaving some aside to finish the last layer.
At this point you can compose the lasagna pan.
At the bottom of the pan a little bechamel.
Then the first layer of green lasagna. Cover with the spinach béchamel, a little sauteed spinach and a little parmesan.
Then the second layer of green lasagna.
Cover with the chopped salmon slices and the salmon bechamel and a little pepper.
Continue for another 4 layers alternating the spinach with salmon and the two bechamels.
Then put the plain béchamel and grated Parmesan on the last layer.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
P.S. You can garnish with a sprig of parsley and a thin slice of salmon in the center.
